There's 2 things that need to be true before you even think about launching a newsletter:

First, once you start a newsletter, you don't want to be changing your niche.
Of course - if you have to, you can.
But changing the entire premise of your newsletter isn't as easy as just changing your social media bio.
You have to rethink your emails. You have to redo your landing page. You have to announce it & let people know. Many of your subscribers might unsubscribe.
